At KaliYuga Darkwear, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and craftsmanship, aiming to ensure every piece meets our rigorous standards. However, if you receive an item with a defect, please follow our returns process below.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect. We do not accept returns for sizing issues, personal preference changes, or items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer. If you are unsure about the size please check size guide or contact us via the contact form or Telegram messenger.
To be eligible for a return:
1. The item must be unworn, clean, and free from any signs of use or alteration.
2. The defect must be communicated to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
Return Process
1. Contact us via instagram DM or via contact form on the website to report the defect and initiate a return. Our team will provide instructions on how to proceed.
2. Ship the item back to us at your own expense, or return it in person to our head office. Please ensure the item is well-protected for shipping to prevent any damage in transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive the item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. If the defect is confirmed, we will process a refund for the item cost (excluding shipping) within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
